Pluronic® PE 6400 has the high­est deter­gency of all the prod­ucts in the Pluronic PE range, and it is low-foam­ing.

It per­forms par­tic­u­larly well in appli­ca­tions that involve inten­sive mechan­i­cal ­action, i. e. in dish­wash­ers and indus­trial bot­tle-wash­ing machines.

It can also be used in dairy clean­ers.

Pluronic PE 6400 has a very high dis­pers­ing capac­ity for spar­ingly sol­u­ble cal­cium and mag­ne­sium salts.

Other areas of appli­ca­tion ­include ­cutting and grind­ing ­fluids for metal, where it acts as a lubri­cant and cool­ant.

Like Pluronic PE 6200, it is used as an emul­si­fier in poly­mer­iza­tion pro­cesses.
