Position:Operation Manager – 生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理 Responsibilities: 1. Manage the overall production activities of the rubber mixing facility to ensure company’s goal in productivity and quality. Those goals include quality, productivity, scrap rate, and etc. 2. Manage the development team to develop high performance and cost efficient rubber compounds that can exceed customers’ requirement. 3. Responsible for continuous improvement of all production metrics. 4. Supervise and coach the production, development, and quality team, making sure that the company and the people both grow. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above degree in rubber technology. 2. 8+ years success record in a management position in rubber industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. English proficiency. 5. Team player and high business ethics.
