職位描述
Responsibilities: · Understand the technical background and direction in the assigned application field · Responsible for product development including understanding the technical requirement, set up the development route, designing and executing experiments, collecting and analyzing data and making critical technical decisions. · Perform preliminary customer demos, improve product performance based on customer feedback. · Provide technical mentoring to assistant engineers. Qualifications - Ph D in chemistry with preference of Inorganic or Organometallic chemistry, minimum 3 years hands-on working experience of chemical synthesis or product formulation in the field of fine or specialty chemical , as well as electronic materials industry Other – good presentation and communication skill, proven record of creative thinking and innovation ability, demonstrated strong technical leadership, advanced English, Level 6 preferred
