工作地點(diǎn)：天津、上海 職位要求： 1、 根據(jù)客戶要求完成工程項(xiàng)目前期建筑設(shè)計(jì)； 2、 保證設(shè)計(jì)方案在施工中按質(zhì)/按量/如期完成； 3、 具有建筑學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷； 4、 4年以上設(shè)計(jì)院、工程公司建筑設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 5、 具有豐富的工業(yè)項(xiàng)目建筑設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 6、 熟練使用AutoCAD、3D； 7、 熟悉本地及英國、美國、歐洲設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)； 8、 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。 Responsibility: • Skilful in AutoCAD • Ensure all design work is safe and carried out in a safe manner • Ensure the project implementation meet Client requirement and expectation • Management of Discipline quality and schedule Qualification: • Bachelor or Master Degree in architect or equivalent. • You must have minimum 5-7 years’ professional experience, minimum 1 year experience from facility design, preferably GMP-related. • Creative and constructional design skills. Some cross-cultural skills and experience in making tender material (drawings and specifications) is preferable, even according to British, US, EU as well as other standards. • Good skill in MS Office, AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop 3D. • Fluent written and spoken English.
